The novel QuickBlu® concentrated TMB substrate

QuickBlu® TMB Substrate is a stable, single component solution used for the detection of Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). QuickBlu® single component TMB substrate can be concentrated up to 10 times and the novel formula is patented. QuickBlu® TMB substrate rapidly produces a blue reaction product, which can be read at 650 nm, or more accurately at 450 nm when an acidic stop solution is added, turning the product yellow. The highly sensitive QuickBlu® TMB substrate is ideal for end-point studies.

Recommended for ELISA microwell applications.

Stable for up to 4 years at 2-8 °C.
